From healthcare billing and BPO to IT consulting
iCareBilling LLC was founded in Chicago in 2020 and built its name in medical billing, revenue cycle management, back office outsourcing and healthcare software. That work put our team inside claims systems, EHRs, payer rules and data interfaces every day, for practices, billing companies and health tech vendors across the United States.
Clients and partners began asking us for the people behind that work: analysts who understood claims, integration specialists who knew HL7, project leads who had run a go-live. Then for developers, testers, data people and IT managers too. iCareTechno is the division we built to answer them, with its own team, phone line and staffing desk.
Agreements, insurance, payroll and invoices are all issued by iCareBilling LLC, so vendors contract with a company that has a verifiable address, ratings and track record.
