Roles we fill

The people who define, run and lead delivery

Titles differ from one client to the next. What we match is the scope of the role: how big the program is, how many stakeholders, and how much the person must decide on their own.

  • Business analysts junior, senior and lead
  • Systems and functional analysts ERP, CRM, EHR
  • Project managers waterfall, agile, hybrid
  • Program and portfolio managers and PMO leads
  • IT managers and directors interim or permanent
  • Scrum masters and agile coaches team and release level
  • Product owners and product managers backlog and roadmap
  • Solution and enterprise architects cloud, data, integration
  • Data and BI leads reporting and analytics programs
  • Change, training and adoption leads go-lives and rollouts
Two kinds of programs

Healthcare programs and general IT programs

The craft of delivery is the same everywhere. Domain knowledge is what we screen for when the program needs it.

Healthcare IT programs

For providers, payers, billing companies and health tech vendors.

  • Claims, adjudication and eligibility
  • EHR and EMR implementations and upgrades
  • HL7 v2, FHIR and X12 interfaces
  • Revenue cycle and denials programs
  • HIPAA-aware documentation and access

General IT programs

For finance, ERP, CRM, data, cloud and digital product teams.

  • ERP and CRM programs, including Salesforce and Dynamics
  • Cloud migration and infrastructure
  • Data platforms, reporting and analytics
  • Agile delivery, Scrum and SAFe
  • Testing, UAT and release management
How we screen

We test the work, not the vocabulary

Anyone can write "managed stakeholders" on a resume. Our screen asks people to show how they did it, at the level the role needs.

  • Delivery interviewA conversation about programs they defined or led, by someone who has done the work.
  • Work samplesRequirements, plans, status reports, architecture diagrams or backlogs, with the candidate explaining their choices.
  • Tool and method checkJira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, SQL and the methods named on the requisition.
  • References both waysManagers they reported to and, for leaders, people who reported to them.
Questions

Project and leadership roles FAQ

Which titles does this practice cover?

Business analysts and senior business analysts, systems analysts, project and program managers, IT managers and directors, scrum masters, product owners, and solution, enterprise and data architects. If your requisition uses a different title for the same kind of work, we cover it too.

Do you supply people outside healthcare?

Yes. Healthcare is where our company started, but most delivery and leadership skills carry across industries. We place people on finance, ERP, CRM, data, public sector and product programs as well.

Can you provide an interim IT manager or project lead?

Yes. Interim leaders can join on contract while you recruit a permanent hire, or stay through a program milestone. Contract-to-hire is also an option.

How do you screen senior people?

We talk through real programs they led: scope, budget, team size, what went wrong and how they recovered. Then we check references with people who reported to them and people they reported to.
