Engagement FAQ
What is payroll services?
You have already found the consultant, but you need a company to employ them. We onboard the consultant onto our W-2 payroll, provide insurance and compliance, and invoice you or your prime at an agreed markup.
Do you accept pay-when-paid terms?
We review payment terms per agreement. We commonly work on Net 30 or Net 45 and will discuss your program's standard terms during onboarding.
Can one engagement combine models?
Yes. A common pattern is a contract project lead or analyst on your team plus a fixed-scope offshore testing project, under one agreement.
Have an open requisition or a project?
Send the details. We reply within one business day with a plan, or an honest no.
