  • Project and program managers PMP and agile
  • IT managers and directors interim and permanent
  • Solution and enterprise architects cloud, data and integration
  • Scrum masters and product owners and agile coaches
  • Data and reporting analysts SQL, Power BI, Tableau
  • QA, test and UAT analysts manual and automation
  • Software and web developers Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript
  • ERP and CRM consultants Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow
  • EHR and integration analysts Epic, Oracle Health, HL7, FHIR
  • Cloud, DevOps and infrastructure AWS, Azure, networks
  • Revenue cycle specialists billing, coding, denials, A/R
  • Security and compliance analysts and engineers
  • IT support service desk and back-office operations

Do not see the title you need? Send it anyway. If we can not screen it well, we will tell you on the first call.

How a requisition moves

From intake to start date

Every step leaves a record you can check.

Intake and rate

We review the requisition, confirm bill rate, pay rate and terms in writing, and agree a submittal deadline.

Source and screen

We search our network and job boards, then interview for the domain and the tools. References and work authorization are checked.

Submit with consent

You receive a short, honest write-up with each profile and a signed right to represent for that requisition.

Onboard and support

Background checks, documents and equipment are handled before day one. We check in with you and the consultant through the assignment.

Questions

Staffing FAQ

Do you work as a sub-vendor on C2C or W-2?

Both. Most consultants are on our W-2 payroll. Where a program allows corp-to-corp, we submit verified C2C consultants and never layer through third-party subcontractors without your written approval.

Can you put a consultant we found on your payroll?

Yes. Through payroll services we onboard, insure and pay a consultant you sourced, and invoice you or your prime. See How we engage for details.

Do you offer contract-to-hire and direct hire?

Yes. Conversion fees, minimum hours and notice terms are agreed in the contract before the start date, so conversions stay simple.

Where do your consultants work?

Across the United States, remote, hybrid or onsite. Offshore resources are available for project and back-office work where the client allows it.

Have an open requisition or a project?

Send the details. We reply within one business day with a plan, or an honest no.
