Building teams at the meeting point of healthcare and IT
Israr Kazmi is the founder of iCareTechno, the IT staffing, recruitment and consulting division of iCareBilling LLC, an American health tech company in Chicago, Illinois. His background is in healthcare IT and revenue cycle programs: claims systems, EHRs, HL7 and FHIR interfaces, payer rules and the people who keep them running.
That work is where iCareTechno came from. Clients and partners kept asking for the people behind the work: analysts who understood claims, integration specialists who knew HL7, project leads who had run a go-live. Israr set up iCareTechno to answer that, with a staffing team that serves prime vendors, staffing partners and enterprise teams across healthcare and general IT. He sets the screening standards and remains the escalation point for every account.
What he writes about
His articles on this site come from the questions he hears from hiring managers, vendors and consultants every week:
- Hiring and screening. How to find the candidate who will actually help a project, and how to spot the warning signs early.
- Vendor practice. What prime vendors, MSPs and sub-vendors should expect from each other.
- Resumes and LinkedIn. How IT professionals present themselves, and why the two must tell the same story.
- AI in staffing. Where AI helps recruiting and consulting, and where the human part still decides the outcome.
- Careers and skills. Certifications, degrees and real world experience, and how each one moves a career forward.
How he works
Israr's view is simple. A staffing partner earns trust by being honest about fit, clear about rates and terms, and careful with every candidate's consent. That is the standard iCareTechno holds itself to on every requisition.
